What should I know about therapy during the COVID-19 pandemic?
If you are experiencing symptoms (fever, difficulty breathing, cough, etc.), please reschedule your therapy session or plan to meet via phone or through telehealth.
Telehealth sessions are available. Insurance companies may pay for your therapy services via telehealth; if your insurance company does not pay for the session you will still be responsible for your fee.
Please wear a mask to your session and during your session while meeting in person. If you are unable to wear a mask then please speak with the clinician prior to your session.
If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks, please inform your clinician prior to the appointment to consider whether a phone session or video session would be a better option.
